World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic – No Commentary – ASMR: Long Play 06

Hey NewGamers!

I started playing World of Warcraft The Burning Crusade Classic again recently, so I decided to do what I always wanted to do during one of my alt-itis binges: record gameplay from start to finish. I’m doing this in the fashion of an ASMR, no-commentary play through, as opposed to my usual Lets Play format. This way, you can watch the adventure or enjoy the background music paired with the various sound effects of a regular play session.

A few things of notice:
-While I have played World of Warcraft since Vanilla (or as I called it, ‘Pre-BC’), I am by no means an expert or even a hardcore player. I play extremely casually, whilst partially following a leveling guide to stay on track.
-The only addon I use is TomTom. This isn’t because other addons aren’t useful, but I don’t really have any reason to change the current UI or systems already in the game.
-ASMR gaming is also new to me. I wanted to primarily keep the background music as that is what I believe to be the most noteworthy sound, while simultaneously keeping some gameplay sounds in, such as casting effects and NPC communication sounds.
-Finally, I’m not going to keep footage in these videos that don’t really need to be in them, such as when I’m fiddling with equipment or browsing Auction Houses. I just feel like that wont be as enjoyable to watch, (for those of you who would watch). That being said, there’s a few things I’m going to do my best not to distract gameplay with, such as opening and closing my bags repeatedly, spinning the field of vision around rapidly, or jumping all over the place. But if you have suggestions on other things that may improve your stay, please feel free to comment.
