I really think especially for toddler and younger children it will be an easier introduction, not for all but I have noticed that some parents get concerned or have noticed that the merging of physical and digital world has like an effect of children that is not that great. So, to me, her version of the way metaverse should be pushed into the future is great.

Facebook who are bassically metaverse got alot of people to make data profiles with pictures and their interests, daily routines and so on in the name of 'connecting' us (and send you adverts). Than you got Facebook buying Whatsapp with bassically acces to people's conversations. Than you want people to step into metaverse gaming with VR goggles with video of your surroundings as the backdorp. Or in other words, it video's you and your house and checks your real time emotions. We are selling our privacy to companies who have no interest in our wellbeing. Mark Zuckerberg Orwellian surveillance state.

  6. I think Gabe Newall said it the best. If you've been to La Noscea in FF14 and have interacted with other players there, that's basically the metaverse already


  8. So basically this woman designed software that spies on your emotions and records them; then sells that data to greedy businessmen. But best of all is listening to her pitch this as some incredible experience; four keys to fun.

    Metaverse is sounding more and more horrible every day.
